How to use Galefeed
Complete guidance for creating events, collecting guest moments and running your presentation wall.
Create an experience
Choose a package, event date and time zone. Uploads open 14 days before and close 7 days after the event. Select content types, moderation and presentation design, then review and publish.
Guest uploads
Guests need no app or account. Share a link or QR code. Text, images, videos, audio and quiz answers are supported; audio is limited to 60 seconds. PIN protection and cooldowns are optional.
Presentation wall
Open the wall link, choose layout, background, colors and fonts, then leave it open during the event. Approved contributions appear automatically. Audio autoplay depends on browser compatibility.
Payments and upgrades
Checkout publishes paid features. Upgrade later and pay only the difference. Message Boost adds capacity; payment status and history are shown in the review page.
Editing and deletion
Edit available settings from the dashboard. Retention and cleanup follow the package. Download important content before expiry or deletion.
Browser and event-day checklist
Use a current desktop browser and stable connection. Test the QR code, upload page, moderation and wall before guests arrive. If something fails, check the event status and upload window.
