Uploads open two weeks before the event and remain available until one week after it ends.
Will audio play automatically?
Audio playback depends on browser compatibility and autoplay policies. Test the presentation device before your event.
Can I moderate contributions?
Yes. Enable moderation to review, approve or reject submissions before they appear.
How long is data stored?
Retention depends on the package: two weeks for Free, six months for Quiz Only and Basic, one year for Pro and three years for Premium.
Can I download all event content at once?
Yes. Start an asynchronous export from the event details. Galefeed creates one ZIP archive containing the original texts, images, videos, audio files and quiz data, plus a presentation-ready PDF with texts, images and quiz results. The generated download link remains available for 48 hours.
